  -- Be prepared to go line by line through Scott's interview with Beshoy and identify the evidence that would best support (or best refute) a claim by Beshoy that he was rejected for discriminatory resons. Which position is strongest?

  -- "When Scott looked carefully at the application, he saw that Beshoy worked for a company that Scott had heard was having financial difficulties." Scott uses this info to reject Beshoy as having an unreliable source of income.  Be prepared to discuss unstated circumstances that might either strengthen or weaken Scott's ultimate conclusion.
